Terms of service.

Last updated August 1, 2026.

This is a demonstration banking application. These terms are illustrative content for the purposes of this site and do not constitute a binding agreement with a real financial institution.

1. Acceptance of terms

By opening an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced in them, including our privacy policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to open an account, and must provide accurate, current information during identity verification.

3. Account security

You're responsible for keeping your password and registered email address secure. Every sign-in and transfer requires a one-time passcode; you agree not to share that code with anyone, including someone claiming to represent us — we will never ask for it.

4. Transfers

Transfers you submit are held pending your approval from your security console before they settle. You're responsible for the accuracy of beneficiary details you provide; we're not liable for funds sent to a beneficiary account you specified incorrectly.

5. Account freeze

You may freeze or unfreeze any account you own at any time from your dashboard. A freeze blocks transfers and deposits but does not close the account or affect your ability to view balances and history.

6. Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed on our rates & fees page and, where relevant, shown on the relevant form before you confirm a transaction.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use your account for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent our fraud-prevention or identity-verification measures, or to access another person's account without authorization.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll post any material change to these terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where required, notify you directly.

10. Contact us
