Security
Security that doesn't get in your way — until it needs to.
Every sign-in and every transfer is confirmed with a one-time passcode sent straight to you. If something looks wrong, your account is frozen automatically — no waiting for a call center.
Three layers, always on.
None of these are optional add-ons or premium-tier features — every client gets all three, on every account.
OTP-verified sign-in
A session isn't created until you confirm the one-time passcode we email you — a stolen password alone is never enough.
OTP-confirmed transfers
Every outbound transfer requires a fresh, expiring passcode, separate from the one you used to sign in.
Smart account freeze
Your accounts are frozen automatically the instant irregular activity is detected — no call center, no waiting. Contact support to unfreeze once you've provided the required documentation.
How a one-time passcode protects you.
-
1
You initiate an action
Signing in, or sending a transfer — either one triggers a code, generated fresh, tied only to that one action.
-
2
We email you a 6-digit code
Sent to the email address on file, not to whatever device is currently signed in — so a stolen session alone can't confirm anything.
-
3
The code expires quickly
Codes are single-use and time-limited. A code intercepted after the window closes is worthless.
-
4
You're notified of anything unusual
A sign-in or transfer from an unrecognized IP address triggers a separate alert, so you find out even if a code was somehow entered correctly.
Frozen the moment something's off.
Most banks leave a compromised account exposed until you notice and call in. We watch for irregular activity and freeze every account you own automatically, instantly — then work with you to lift the freeze as soon as you've provided the documentation support needs.
